standarized and personalized service. Our cleaning products are
environmentally friendly and our cleaning tools are made with

In case that Clean Time staff cannot assist or perform reserved services in the confirmed date and time, we will provide one of the following solutions as a guarantee of service:
Clean Time will replace the designated cleaning agent with another within the same schedule, or at a different time during the same date.
Clean Time will discount the corresponding monetary equivalent to the time in which the service was unsuccessfully completed, if by some eventuality we are unable to send a replacement.
Basic terms of services:
First: Clean Time is committed to provide the detailed services described in this webpage and in your reservation confirmation.
Second: Clean Time will send an invoice/receipt for reserved and completed services via email. We will provide a period of 30 days after the invoice/receipt has been sent to receive the respective payment.
Third: The Client is committed to pay the total detailed in the invoice/receipt according to their selected monthly plan while they receive the services of Clean Time in constant manner. Delay on the payment without informing Clean Time of an specific payment date will result in a 5% surcharge of the accumulated service fee total.
Fourth: If the property of the client is affected in any way by accident or negligence of Clean Time staff during the exercise of their daily functions and responsibilities, Clean Time must be notified via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any available proof in no more than 48 hours after the incident in order to request compensation with the insurance company.
Fifth: Under no circumstances can the client hire directly or indirectly any Clean Time staff. If proven, Clean Time will charge the sum of 3 montly fees (corresponding total to the last month of services) as compensation.
Sixth: The validity of this commercial relation is extended indefinitely from the moment services are provided. However, both parts can end this relationship by mutual accord by sending a notification via email at email@example.com 15 days before the desired end date if the client is a company, and 48 hours before the confirmed and reserved service in case of individual residential clients.
Civil Responsibility Insurance:
All Clean Time clients are covered by a Civil Responsibility insurance policy that protects their equipment and godos if it is proved that our staff causes any damage to their property during the exercise of their daily functions of cleaning services. Loss of valuable personal ítems or money is not covered in any way, and it is responsibility of the client to safeguard these in a secure place, preferably outside of plain view and within a safebox.
